Luxembourg, February 29, 2012 - INTRASOFT International, a leading European company in the area of Information and Communication Technology Services, will showcase the IMAGINE project, a Research & Development project, funded by the European Commission, at CeBIT 2012, digital industry's biggest, most international event, which will be held in Hanover, Germany, March 6-10, 2012.

Located at Hall 26 Stand J13, inside the ‘ICT for Factories of the Future' booth, experienced INTRASOFT International personnel, representing the 14 European project partners -from 10 different countries and 5 interactive areas- will inform visitors in detail about the project. IMAGINE is a Research & Development project, funded by the European Commission under the “Virtual Factories and Enterprises” theme of the 7th Framework Programme (FoF-ICT-2011.7.3, Grant Agreement No: 285132). The project targets the development and delivery of a novel comprehensive methodology and the respective platform for effective end-to-end management of dynamic manufacturing networks in an innovative plug and produce approach and aims at supporting the emergence of a powerful new production model, based on community, collaboration, self-organisation and openness rather than on hierarchy and centralised control (www.imagine-futurefactory.eu).

Dr. Raimund Broechler, Senior Delivery Manager, INTRASOFT International will give a presentation on the IMAGINE approach: From Silos to Networked Factories.
