MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29/05/2013, that has proceeded on 07/10/2013 to the purchase of 158 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,389 per share and a total purchase price Euro 61.46. The above 158 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
