Continuation of the suspension of trading of the shares of the company "SELECTED TEXTILES S.A."

Upon the relevant request by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and further to the ATHEX announcement of November 1st, 2024, the suspension of trading of the shares of "SELECTED TEXTILES S.A." is continued, in line with par.1, article 17, Law 3371/2005, based on HCMC's assessment that the complete and correct disclosure of information to the investing public and the orderly operation of the market for the company's shares, are not ensured, as  the company did not take the necessary actions in order to lift the reasons for which the suspension of trading of its shares was requested from ATHEX.
