The Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), announces that on Tuesday, October 8^th, 2024 will be implemented the commencement of trading of 385,033 new common registered shares of "FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS096003009), following the share capital increase realized as a result of capitalization of distributable reserve, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution program, in accordance with the provisions of article 114 of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
