Telecommunications, IT, Security Systems and Services – Provision of Security Services Private Enterprise” announces to the investment public that the company's board of directors following its decision dated 29/05/2024 and regarding item 2 of the agenda mentioned in the invitation to the annual ordinary general meeting, published today (30/05/2024), decided to propose to the annual general meeting, the distribution of dividend of the amount of 0.16 Eur per share.
