The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Thursday, August 8th, 2024
- Commencement of trading of 659,700 new common registered shares of "DOPPLER S.A." (ISIN: GRS502003007), as a result of the share capital increase, due to the conversion of an equal number of warrants.
Friday, August 9th, 2024
- Decrease in the share capital of ""EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS323003012), as a result of the cancellation of 52,080,673 own common registered shares.
