The Société Anonyme under the name FLEXOPACK SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY and the distinctive (commercial)  title FLEXOPACK S.A.  (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in the context of correct, accurate and timely information to the investing public (and in application of the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and article 17 par. 1 of the Regulation 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014), announces that Mr. Anastasios Lymperopoulos, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and of the Group (Group CFO) ,  steps down from his duties and position due to the fulfilment of the criteria and conditions for his retirement.

 Mr. Lymperopoulos has served in the above capacity with exemplary professionalism, unmatched integrity , responsibility and ethical conduct continuously from January 1997 to the present day , contributing  decisively and actively to the effective organization and development of the Company's and the Group's activities. 

The Management of the Company would like to thank Mr. Lymperopoulos for his valuable contribution and expresses its sincere recognition and deep appreciation for his  longstanding exemplary and highly successful performance of his duties. His conclusion of office  bequeaths  to the Company a legacy of knowledge, integrity and ethics that will remain  embedded in the core  of the corporate culture.

Μr. Lymperopoulos steps down from his duties on 15.07.2025. From this date and onwards, the position of  Chief Financial Officer of the Company and of the Group (Group CFO) is assumed by Mr. Zois Zaverdinos, who has held the position of Director (Head) of Accounting Department of the Company since 2016. Mr. Zaverdinos is the most suitable person to fill the above position, as he has the necessary academic background , professional experience, in-depth knowledge of corporate matters and also absolute and full familiarity with the internal procedures of the Company and the Group. 

Finally, from the above date (15.07.2025), the duties and responsibilities of the position of Director (Head) of the Company's Accounting Department are assumed by Mr Evangelos Dionysopoulos.

The Management of the Company thanks once again Mr. Anastasios Lymperopoulos for his contribution over the years, and whishes a successful course to Mr. Zois Zaverdinos and Mr. Evangelos Dionysopoulos in their new duties.
