Announcement of Change of Corporate Name

"Euroconsultants Société Anonyme for Development and Technology Consulting", trading under the name "Euroconsultants S.A." (hereinafter the "Company"), announces that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders, held on 24 June 2025, resolved, among other items, to change the Company’s corporate name from "Euroconsultants Société Anonyme for Development and Technology Consulting" to " Ευρωπαϊκές Καινοτομικές Λύσεις – European Innovation Solutions S.A.", with the new trading name "E.In.S. S.A.".

For its transactions abroad, the Company may use the above corporate name in Latin characters along with the acronym of its legal form "S.A.".

On 30 June 2025, the Ministry of Development approved the relevant amendment of Article 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, regarding the change of corporate name and trading title, and recorded it on the same day in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.).

The Athens Stock Exchange was informed of the above decision on 15 July 2025.

Following the above, the Company has resolved that as of the second working day after the Athens Stock Exchange was notified, i.e. from 17 July 2025, its corporate name as listed on the Athens Stock Exchange shall be changed to " Ευρωπαϊκές Καινοτομικές Λύσεις – European Innovation Solutions S.A.", with the new trading name "E.In.S. S.A.".

At the same time, the OASIS code of the Company’s shares will also be changed, from the current "ΕΣΥΜΒ" to the new "EIS".
