Execution of the Investment Agreement Between UNIBIOS and OSMOSUN

Unibios Holdings S.A. and OSMOSUN S.A. announce execution of their investment agreement for a future collaboration.
Unibios Holdings S.A confirms the full execution of the investment cooperation agreement with OSMOSUN S.A. Under the terms of this agreement, Unibios contributed to OSMOSUN S.A. cash of €1.610 million and, in-kind, 30% of the share capital of its subsidiary Watera International. As of today, Unibios holds 11,431,173 shares in OSMOSUN S.A., corresponding to 65% voting rights in the company.
OSMOSUN S.A. is a French company listed on Euronext Growth Paris under ticker ALWTR, ISIN FR001400IUV6. Founded in 2014 and based in Gellainville, France, OSMOSUN designs, manufactures, and installs solar-powered desalination systems, converting seawater and brackish water into drinking water. Their patented OSMOSUN® technology operates efficiently without batteries, using photovoltaic energy during the day and, when needed, is connected to the power grid or other sources to ensure 24-hour operation. These systems serve a variety of sectors worldwide, including remote communities, municipalities, hotels, mining sites, and emergency response situations.
