In a move of strategic significance for both domestic and international markets, European Innovation Solutions EinS (formerly Euroconsultants S.A.) is enhancing its innovation-driven profile, spearheaded by digital transformation and its entry into critical sectors such as defence, green development, and dual-use technologies.
With a strong legacy in advisory services, the Company is undergoing a rebranding and will attend to join the "Technology" sector of the Athens Stock Exchange. This step strengthens its investment profile and sends a clear market signal: EinS is now positioned at the core of strategic innovation with global reach.
International Strategic Presence – Science & Technology Park Project in South Africa
Underscoring with its upgraded international footprint, EinS has secured a strategically significant contract for the roadmap and master plan of the Science & Technology Park of the Vaal University of Technology (VUT) in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is in collaboration with the global organization IASP (International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation).
The project focuses on fostering innovation in advanced manufacturing, hydrogen technologies, and biotechnology, while designing a sustainable funding model and a regional innovation hub.
Activity in Defence and Dual-Use Technologies
EinS is already strengthening its presence in the defence and dual-use technologies sector, managing an active services portfolio worth €400,000 with leading Greek industrial players. The scope involves technological adaptation and integration into multinational value chains for defence systems production.
Innovation Ecosystem Engagement – Investment Footprint
EinS plays a pivotal role in implementing initiatives of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) for Urban Mobility in Greece and Cyprus. Collaborations with organizations such as the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (OBI) – Innovation Services Unit, further enhance its presence in technology transfer ecosystems and the exploitation of industrial property. These initiatives also lay the foundation for future strategic partnerships.
Growing Institutional Interest – Goal to Increase Shareholding Participation
At the heart of EinS's new strategy lies the attraction of institutional investors. The Company aims in increasing the participation of both domestic and international institutional portfolios, boosting shareholder diversity and transparency.
It is noted that Greek and foreign institutional portfolios already hold a 5% stake in the Company. According to sources, there is active interest in increasing these positions in light of the new strategic direction.
