Change in voting rights

ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces, in compliance with the Transparency Directive, information received on 25.07.2025 by its shareholder, regarding their participation in the Company’s share capital and voting rights, as follows:

The shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. (“REGGEBORGH”) disclosed that it acquired 5,200,000 shares / voting rights of ELLAKTOR S.A. (representing 1.493% of the total shares / voting rights) via an over-the-counter (OTC) transaction on 23 July 2025 (transaction date). Following this transaction, REGGEBORGH now holds 183,272,350 shares / voting rights, corresponding to 52.635% of the total share capital and voting rights of ELLAKTOR S.A.
