NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN THE HEAD OF THE INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT

EYATH S.A. announces that with the no 209/12.06.2025 Decision of the Board of
Directors of the Company, considering the proposal of the Audit Committee, Mr.
Gotsis Konstantinos is appointed from 13.06.2025 as Head of the Internal Audit Unit,
replacing the former Head of the Unit, Mr. Georgios Kafetzis.
