Following the announcement dated July 21, 2025, which was published on the GEMI (General Commercial Registry) website under protocol number 3675495/21.7.2025, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the "Company") informs the investors that the 10-day deadline for the submission of a request for convening a General Meeting in order to decide on the granting of a special permit for the Company to maintain its guarantee for the outstanding Bond Loan balance—currently amounting to EUR 2,200,000 plus interest—in the context of the extension of the duration of the Bond Loan (initially maturing on 19/10/2025 and extended until 19/10/2028 by signing the relevant Bond Loan Amendment Agreement), lapsed without action on July 31, 2025.

The special permit granted by the Company’s Board of Directors for the provision of a guarantee in favor of the affiliated company ALPHA SATELLITE TELEVISION S.A. shall be valid for six (6) months.

The present announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 101 of Law 4548/2018.
