The company "Papoutsanis S.A. Industrial and Commercial Company of Consumer Goods" ammends its Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with article 4.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, as follows:

07.10.2025: Interim Dividend 2025 Cut-off date

08.10.2025: Interim Dividend 2025 Record date

13.10.2025: Interim Dividend 2025 Payment date

30.10.2025: Announcement of 9-month 2025 Financial Results (before the market opening of the Athens Stock Exchange)
