(the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and following relevant notification received, that Mr. Dimitrios Dimarelis, Director of Financial Services, proceeded on 20.08.2025 to acquire 1,000 common registered shares of the Company, for a total transaction value of 3,370.00 euros.
