AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES announces the amendment of its 2025 Financial Calendar, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 (2) of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and Decision 25 Article 2 of the Athens Exchange Steering Committee, and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community, as follows:

• Thursday 04/09/2025 - Release of the Semi-Annual Financial Results for the first half of FY 2025 and of the Commentary on the Semi-Annual Financial Results for the first half of FY 2025, which will be posted on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the company’s website (www.aktor.gr), following the closing of the ATHEX trading session.

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation.
