SUSPENSION OF MARKET MAKING

The Société Anonyme "AS COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF COMPUTERS AND TOYS S.A." and the distinctive title 'AS COMPANY S.A." with no. GEMI 057546304000 (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investing public that the termination of the Market Making Agreement has been agreed upon jointly with the Company "PANTELAKIS SECURITIES S.A."

With its announcement dated 03/09/2025, the Athens Exchange approved the waiver of the status of Market Maker on the Company's shares by the Athens Exchange Member "Pantelakis Securities S.A." and set Wednesday, October 01, 2025 as the last day of Market Making.
