ANNOUNCEMENT

TO THE INVESTMENT PUBLIC:

Notification of the appointment of a Market Maker

The company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange under the name «N. VARVERIS-MODA BAGNO S.A.» (hereinafter the "Issuer") announces to the investment public that the Athens Stock Exchange has approved the acquisition by the Members of the Athens Stock Exchange «BETA SECURITIES S.A.» and «LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A.» (hereinafter the "Market Makers") of the capacity of the Market Maker on the Issuer's shares in order to enhance their liquidity and has set the commencement date of Market Making for Monday, September 8, 2025.

The Issuer has concluded, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, a Market Making agreement with the Market Makers under the following basic terms:

1. The Market Makers shall enter into the Athens Stock Exchange Trading System Market Making orders (i.e., simultaneous buy and sell orders) on their own account in respect of the Issuer’s shares, in accordance with the applicable legislation. For this service, the Issuer shall pay a fee to the Market Makers.

2. The Market Making agreement shall be valid for a duration of one (1) year.
