ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received from Mr. Nikolaos-Alexandros Komninos, that on 08.09.2025, he purchased common, registered shares with voting rights of the Company, as a result of which the percentage of voting rights he held in the Company exceeded the 5% threshold of the total number of voting rights of the Company and specifically stood at 5.9406%, which is equivalent to 185,000 shares - voting rights.
