Expiration of the five-year period for the collection of fiscal year 2019 dividend

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2019 dividend expires on December 31^st, 2025. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2019 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (persons responsible: Mr Symeon Lymperakis and Mrs Dimitra Kalliontzaki– telephone numbers: + 30 210 809 4204 and + 30 210 809 4187 respectively). After December 31^st, 2025, dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
