Notification for the appointment of two (2) Market Makers

EYATH S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that the Company entered into agreements with two (2) ATHEX Members for Market Making.

Specifically, the ATHEX approved the acquisition of the Market Maker capacity for market making on the Company’s shares for:

• Τhe ATHEX Member MERIT SECURITIES S.A.
• the ATHEX Member EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER SA 

The Start Date of the Market Making by the above companies was set on Tuesday, 16th September 2025.

The market making agreements between the Company and the above companies-ATHEX Members have a term of one (1) year from the Start Date of the Market Making, aiming for the increase of the Company’s shares liquidity, according to the provisions of the ATHEX Regulation.
