In the context of the correct, valid and timely information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1 par. 2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and the No. 25/15.4.2024 Decision of the Athens Stock Exchange Markets Steering Committee, as currently in force, the Société Anonyme under the name "ILYDA COMMERCIAL AND CONSTRUCTION SOCIETE ANONYME OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES" and the distinctive title "ILYDA INFORMATICS S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), announces that the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, which was announced on April 25, 2025,  is updated and more specifically the date of publication of the Company's semi-annual financial report is added and disclosed (in accordance with article 2.2 of the above Decision). 

In particular:

●           Date of announcement – publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period of the first (A) half of the fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025-30.06.2025): September 30, 2025 (before the opening of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange)

The above Report will be available on the Company's website www.ilyda.com, as well as on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange www.athexgroup.gr

 The Company reserves the right to change the above dates and/or the content of this Calendar, provided that the investing public is timely informed through an amendment of this document, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
