AMENDMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

The Société Anonyme with the "AUTOMATED ANALYZERS, DIAGNOSTIC REAGENTS AND PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES MEDICON HELLAS S.A." (the "Company"), announces the change of the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with article 4.1.1 par. 2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as follows:

The Financial Results for the first half of 2025 will be published on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and the Company (www.mediconsa.com) on Monday, September 29th, 2025.

The Company reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates, after first informing the Investing Public in a timely manner, by amending the present.
