In accordance with Article 4.1.1(2) of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and Article 2 of Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Exchange’s Executive Committee, "VOYATZOGLOU S.A." (the "Company") announces an amendment to its 2025 Financial Calendar, as initially published on 28.04.2025 and amended on May 28, 2025, is updated. 

Specifically, it is supplemented with and publishes (according to article 2.2 of the aforementioned Decision) the date of publication of the Company’s semi-annual financial report. In particular:

• Date of announcement – publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first (A) half of the fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025–30.06.2025): Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (before the opening of the Athens Exchange session).

The above Report will be available on the Company’s website (www.voyatzoglou.gr) as well as on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates and/or the content of the present Calendar, provided that the investing public is duly informed in a timely manner through modification and supplementation hereof, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
