Comments on Financial Results for the First Half of Fiscal Year 2025

"E. PAIRIS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PLASTICS S.A." announced on September 30, 2025, its financial results for the first half of the current fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025 – 30.06.2025).

The Company’s turnover for the reporting period amounted to €4,885,759.92, compared to €5,114,234.30 in the corresponding period (H1 2024), reflecting a moderate decrease of 4.5%. This decrease falls within the scope of the usual seasonal fluctuation of activity and does not affect the Company’s long-term growth trajectory.

Operating results amounted to a profit of €168,641.31, compared to €296,531.09 for the same period of the previous fiscal year. Pre-tax results amounted to a loss of €79,775.44, compared to a loss of €49,372.15 in the comparable period, while net results after taxes amounted to a loss of €76,177.64, compared to a loss of €45,458.74 in the same period last year.

Cash flows from operating activities remained positive, amounting to €566,118.18, compared to €906,430.48 in H1 2024, demonstrating adequate operating liquidity.

At a consolidated level, turnover amounted to €5,762,352.24, compared to €5,963,425.18 in the corresponding period of 2024, while net results after taxes amounted to a profit of €35,559.01, compared to a profit of €150,299.42 for the same period in 2024. The subsidiary “EPSH S.A.” continued its profitable course, further strengthening its positive contribution to the Group.

During the first half of 2025, the Company’s Management focused on:

• optimizing production costs,
• improving energy efficiency through investments in new machinery,
• enhancing the financial structure through balanced management of loan obligations.

Despite increased energy costs and inflationary pressures, the Company and the Group maintained positive operating profitability and sufficient liquidity, confirming the resilience of their business model.

The strategy for the second half of the current fiscal year focuses on maintaining a steady growth trajectory, expanding the customer base, and further strengthening extroversion.
