First Half 2025 Financial Results of Unibios Holdings
Increase in Turnover by 10% and EBITDA by 156%
UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A. Group of Companies announced its financial results for the first half of the fiscal year 2025 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
During the first half of fiscal year 2025, consolidated sales of UNIBIOS Group increased by 10%, i.e. from 5,807 thousand Euro to 6.395 thousand Euro. Consolidated gross profit in the first half of 2025 increased by 11% with a gross profit margin of 40.2%, compared to 40.0% for the same period of the previous year.
During the first half of 2024, the Group sold a part of its property in the First Industrial Area of Volos and recorded an extraordinary profit of 1.070 thousand Euro.
The Group's results before tax (EBT) in the first half of 2025, including extraordinary items, amounted to 1,885 thousand euros against profits of 190 thousand Euro in the previous period. Excluding the extraordinary items from both years, profit before tax would be 815 thousand Euro, increased by 224 thousand Euro compared to 591 thousand Euro of the corresponding period of 2024.
Profits after Tax amounted to 1.385 thousand Euro compared to 24 thousand in the comparative period.
Finally, it should be noted that during the first half of 2025, the Group's consolidated EBITDA amounted to 2.285 thousand Euro compared to 892 thousand Euro for the first half of 2024.
