The Société Anonyme under the corporate name “MEVACO METALLOURGIKI SA” and the distinctive title “MEVACO S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of article 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as currently in force, article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as well as Decision No. 25 (point 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, hereby notifies the investing public that the Company has concluded three (3) new agreements with “INTRACOM DEFENSE S.A.” Under these agreements, the Company will undertake the manufacturing, within the Company’s state-of-the-art production facilities, of metallic components of defense systems intended for export markets. 

The signed agreements, with a total initial budget of USD 14.48 million and an estimated implementation period of approximately twenty-four (24) months, constitute a continuation of similar contracts previously executed with INTRACOM DEFENSE S.A. with absolute success.

The Company’s strategic objective remains the consistent and systematic strengthening of its presence in the international defense systems market, which—particularly considering the recent global developments—displays rapidly growing interest and significant prospects for expansion for all stakeholders active in this sector.
