The Company Fais Holdings, under the trade name “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, informs the investing public that, in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 27/05/2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/05/2025, proceeded on 16/10/2025 with the purchase of 10,000 own shares through AMBROSIA CAPITAL HELLAS at an average acquisition price of €3.1785 and a total transaction value of €31.787,50

Following these purchases, the Company holds 240,962 own shares, which represent 0.5275% of the Company’s total shares.
