Own Shares Purchase Programme Initiation

The Societe Anonyme under the name “AS COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF COMPUTERS AND TOYS S.A.” and the distinctive title “AS COMPANY S.A.”, with General Commercial Registry Number 057546304000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), pursuant to the decision of the Shareholders’ Ordinary General Meeting of 19.06.2025 and the decision of the Board of Directors of 20.10.2025, informs the investing public that it initiates the Own Shares Purchase Programme on Tuesday, 21.10.2025, which will be valid until 23.6.2027. According to the aforementioned programme, the Company shall purchase its own shares up to a maximum percentage of 5% of the existing shares at the time of the decision of the General Assembly (19.06.2025) and of its paid-up capital, which corresponds to a number of 656,301 shares out of a total of 13.126.020 shares, with a purchase price range from 1,00 €/share (minimum) to 6,00 €/share (maximum). The company currently owns 100.539 own shares, which correspond to 0,76595% of its paid-up capital. The Company shall inform the investing public for any further developments, pursuant to applicable Law.
