(formerly Euroconsultants S.A.) announces that on 21.10.2025, Mr. Evangelos Poulios, son of Nikolaos, submitted his resignation from the Company’s Audit Committee, in which he served as a member. Mr. Evangelos Poulios remains on the Company’s Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Member and Non-Executive Vice President. The vacant position on the Audit Committee will be filled by the Company through the lawful procedure within the forthcoming period.
