(formerly Euroconsultants S.A.) announces that on 21.10.2025, Mr. Evangelos Poulios of Nikolaos, a Member of the Audit Committee, submitted his resignation from the company's Audit Committee, in which he served as a Member. Mr. Evangelos Poulios will remain on the company's Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Member and Non-Executive Vice President. The vacant position on the Audit Committee will be filled by Board Member Mr. Georgios Koukouzelis of Nikolaos, Economist, through the legal procedure within the next period.
