In the context of correct, timely and valid information of the investing public, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1. of the current Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the Financial Calendar of ''CPI ELECTRONIC COMPUTERS S.A.'' is hereby announced, subject to the required approvals from the competent services in each case, namely:

• Announcement date of the Financial Report for the First Half of 2025/2026 based on Law 3556/2007: Tuesday 31.03.2026 after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session.

• Announcement date of the Annual Financial Report 2025/2026 based on Law 3556/2007: Friday 30.10.2026 after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session.
• Date of the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2025/2026: Thursday 05.03.2026.

  There will be no proposal for the distribution of dividends by the company at the Annual General Meeting.
• In the event that the company decides to change the above date for the Annual General Meeting, it will promptly inform the investing public.
