“Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.” (ThPA S.A. or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s Board of Directors, during its meeting held today, designated the “J/V METKA ATE – TEKAL S.A.” as the Temporary Contractor for the construction of the Project “Expansion of the Marine Works Infrastructure of Pier 6”, which constitutes a Mandatory Enhancement in accordance with the Concession Agreement between the Hellenic Republic and ThPA S.A.
The Board of Directors also approved the Construction Works Contract. All necessary actions will follow for the award and signing of the Contract, in accordance with the terms of the Tender.
