ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby informs investors that Mr. Emmanouil Markopoulos has resigned (due to retirement) from his position as Chief Financial Officer. His duties will be assumed by Ms. Marina Mazaraki, as Athens Medical Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
