“ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.”, announced that, following the approval of the five-year dividend reinvestment program (scrip dividend) for the period 2023–2028 by the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 26, 2023, 23.62% of the total share capital, excluding treasury shares, responded positively to the program by choosing to reinvest in the Company.

On Friday, November 07^th, 2025, the dividend payment will be made, and 29,809 new shares issued through the program are expected to begin trading on that date.

The positive response to the Dividend Reinvestment Program confirms the shareholders’ long-standing trust in the Company’s performance and further strengthens its strategy for sustainable growth and capital reinforcement.

Referring to the program, the Company’s CEO, Mr. Vasileios Kletsas stated:

“Our shareholders, who chose to participate in all four phases of the reinvestment program, implemented to date, have already seen a positive impact on their returns. Specifically, from the date of the first reinvestment, on November 24^th, 2023, to October 31^st, 2025, while the share’s return reached 15.94% and the combined return of share and dividend stood at 28.83%, the total return, including reinvestment, reached 31.40% almost double the share’s return. This performance was, of course, also supported by the positive market trend”.
