The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 05.11.2025 transaction notification submitted by Gatzaros Georgios, a liable person (President of the BoD of the Company), on 04.11.2025 sold 49.500 common shares with voting rights in Athens Stock Exchange market, at the price of  € 3 per share.
