Jumbo SA (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that based on the notification that the legal entity “FMR LLC” submitted to the Company on 04.11.2025, the percentage of voting rights of its controlled entity “Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC” on October 31^st, 2025, fell below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights, which percentage is included in the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by “FMR LLC”. In accordance to the above notification, the total number of voting rights indirectly held by “FMR LLC” in Jumbo S.A. as of October 31^st, 2025 amounted to 9.308.698, corresponding to 6,93% of the total voting rights of the Company, while its percentage according to the previous notification was 9,99%.
