The Company Fais Holdings, under the trade name “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, informs the investing public that, in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 27/05/2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/05/2025, proceeded on 11/10/2025 with the purchase of 5,000 treasury shares at an average acquisition price of €3.21 and a total transaction value of €16,050.00.

 Following these purchases, the Company holds 283.188 own shares, which represent 0.6198% of the Company’s total shares.
