The company “ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) informs the investing public that Mr. Nikolaos Klitou, son of Kostas, has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee as of 22 October 2025.

In his place, Ms. Sofia Michalaki, daughter of Ioannis, an independent third person, not a member of the Board of Directors, has assumed the duties of Chairman of the Audit Committee.

The Company will promptly issue a new announcement regarding the reconstitution of the Audit Committee.
