The company under the name “FLEXOPACK SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY” and the distinctive title “FLEXOPACK S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), announces that on the 14th of November 2025 commences in the Athens Exchange the trading of 74,400 new, common, registered company shares, which resulted from the recent increase of the share capital by 40,176 Euro, due to the exercise of the stock option plan by the members of the Board of Directors, the executives and the employees of the Company, that amount in total to twenty-one (21) persons, at the exercise price of 3.00 Euro, according to the resolution of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of 16.06.2023 and the resolution of the Board of Directors of 10.07.2023.

The above increase was certified by the company’s Board of Directors on 29.10.2025, in implementation of the resolutions of the above General Meeting and was registered in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) on 31.10.2025 under registration number 5616614.

The Athens Exchange on the 11th of November 2025 approved the admission to trading of the above 74,400 new, common registered shares of the Company.

By decision of the Company the 14th of November 2025 is set out to be commencement date for the trading of the new shares in the Athens Exchange. As from the above date the opening trading price of the shares in the Athens Exchange shall be established according to the Athens Exchange’s Rulebook together with the decision No. 26 of the ATHEX Board of Directors, as in force, and the new shares shall have been credited in the share accounts and the securities accounts of the beneficiary shareholders in the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS).
