The société anonyme under the name “European Innovation Solutions S.A.”, with the distinctive title “E.In.S. S.A.” (formerly “Euroconsultants – Development and Technology Consultants S.A.”), in application of Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, informs the investing public that, in execution of the resolutions of the Repeated Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 24.06.2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 04.11.2025, proceeded on 18.11.2025 to the purchase of 6,890 own shares through KYKLOS Securities S.A., at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.57 and for a total transaction value of EUR 10,819.80.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 6,890 own shares, corresponding to 0.0449% of its total share capital.
