The Company  “HAIDEMENOS S.A.” announces to the investment community that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Regulation (as currently in force following Decision No. 212/19.05.2025 of the Management Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, approved by Decision No. 1054/05.06.2025 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission), Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16^th of April 2014, and Decision No. 25 (point 6) of Athens Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee, the special tax audit for the financial year 2024 (tax year 2024) that after the completion of the tax audit for the Financial Period 2024 (Fiscal Year 2024), which was carried out by the duly Certified Auditors-Accountants of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Article 78 of Law 5104/2024, as currently in force. the relevant tax certificate was issued with an “unqualified” opinion for the Company.
