The Company Fais Holdings, under the trade name “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, informs the investing public that, in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 27/05/2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/05/2025, proceeded on 11/21/2025 with the purchase of  8,000 treasury shares at an average acquisition price of €3.348 and a total transaction value of €26,791.8 and on 11/24/2025 with the purchase of  2,736 treasury shares at an average acquisition price of €3.373 and a total transaction value of €9,230.32

 Following these purchases, the Company holds 343,255 own shares, which represent 0.7514% of the Company’s total shares.
