Announcement of regulated information pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Τhe listed company “E.In.S. S.A.”, pursuant to articles 9, 10, 11, 11A and 14 of Law 3556/2007, as in force, informs the investing public that, in accordance with the notification under Law 3556/2007 dated 25.11.2025, which it received on 26.11.2025 from the shareholder of the Company under the name “WW INVESTMENTS LLC.”, the following applies: “WW INVESTMENTS LLC.”, controlled by Ms. Beth Goldblatt Wittig, who holds all the equity interests in “WW INVESTMENTS LLC.”, following the sale of 20,000 shares of the listed company on 19.11.2025, saw its participation fall below the 5% threshold and now stands at 4.989%. Specifically, prior to the material transaction of 19.11.2025, the above shareholder held 785,079 shares of the listed company, i.e. a percentage of 5.120%, whereas after the material transaction of the sale of 20,000 shares on 19.11.2025, the above shareholder holds 765,079 shares of the listed company, i.e. a percentage of 4.989%.
