KRI-KRI S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") proceeded with issuance of a common bond loan amounting €7.729.725, based on the relevant decision of the Board of Directors as of 20.8.2025. The bond loan has a duration of three (3) years, without any guarantees, and was fully subscribed by ALPHA BANK S.A. The proceeds from the bond loan will be used to finance one of the Company’s state subsidized investment projects.
