KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., with VAT No EL094289571 and Reg. ID 113772252000, (hereinafter the “Company”), in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting dated as of 02.07.2024, as amended with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting dated as of 01.07.2025, announces that:

• on 21.11.2025, it proceeded with the acquisition of 3,000 own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange, at an average price of €18.5759 per share, for a total value of €55,727.82

• on 24.11.2025, it proceeded with the acquisition of 3,000 own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange, at an average price of €18.7383 per share, for a total value of €56,214.78
•  
• on 25.11.2025, it proceeded with the acquisition of 3,000 own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange, at an average price of €18.8419 per share, for a total value of €56,525.66

The purchases were conducted by NBG Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Stock Exchange. Following those acquisitions, the Company holds a total of 99,022 own shares, that is 0.299% of the total number of shares issued by it.
