The company E.PAIRIS ABEE, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that the tax audit of the Company and its subsidiary for the fiscal year 2024 has been completed. The audit was carried out by the Statutory Auditors in accordance with Article 65A of Law 4174/2013, as in force, and the relevant Tax Compliance Reports were issued with an “unqualified” conclusion.
