The Société Anonyme under the name "FLEXOPACK SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY" and the distinctive title "FLEXOPACK S.A."   (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Article 4.1.1  of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation in conjunction with Decision 25 of the Athens Exchange Stock Market Steering Committee, hereby announces to the investing public that on 31.12.2025, ends the five-year period for the collection of dividends from  fiscal year’s 2019 (01.01.2019-31.12.2019) profits, which amounted (after withholding the applicable tax, in accordance with the legislative framework in force at the time) to €0.06 per share.

The beneficiaries of the above dividend are the Company's shareholders registered in the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, 14 July 2020 (record date).

Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to the dividend from the fiscal year’s 2019 (01.01.2019-31.12.2019) profits and for any reason have not received the corresponding amount, are requested to  proceed with its collection  before the above date (31.12.2025). 

After the above date, the claim for dividends for the fiscal year 2019 (01.01.2019-31.12.2019) that has not been collected by the beneficiaries will be written of in favor of  the Greek State, in accordance with the applicable legislation (Article 1 of Legislative Decree 1195/1942).
