“Quest Holdings S.A.” announces that, through its subsidiary “QUEST Energiaki Ktimatiki S.A.” on November 25th, 2025, completed the acquisition of photovoltaic power plants of a total installed capacity of 4.2 MW, located within the Attica region. The total transaction value amounted to €3.5 million.

Following the above acquisition, the total installed capacity of renewable energy power plants of the Quest Holdings Group’s energy segment amounts to 43.4 MW.
