ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF OWN SHARES

Fais Holdings S.A., trading as “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, announces to the investing public that, in execution of the resolution of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 27/5/2025 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 30/5/2025, it proceeded on 11/27/2025 with the purchase of 8,500 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3.4066 and a total transaction value of €28,965.00.

Following these purchases, the Company holds 360,255 own shares, corresponding to 0.7886% of the Company’s total shares.
